A note from our founder
I’ve spent my career on one document. Since 2010, I have led the annual report for a NYSE-listed global medical technology company — and when I founded Caldwell Byers in 2013, that client came with me. Sixteen consecutive reports later, we’re still at it, and we’ve never missed a delivery.
This is the work I know and the work I care about. I’ve written shareholder letters through CEO transitions, redesigned reports through multibillion-dollar acquisitions and divestitures, turned new sections around overnight when the story changed at press — and stood at the printer for every final run, because that’s where the last one percent lives.
My career has also taken me through annual report and corporate work with companies like Teleflex, Kimco Realty, Microsoft, and Delphi Financial Group. Different industries, same conviction: the annual report is the one document a company signs with its name and mails to its owners. It deserves someone who treats it that way.
